Playoffs? What’s that?

I often listen to 700WLW and I really enjoy their Bengals Promo’s. I was cracking up this morning.

It went something like this:

Playoffs: It became clear to us that many young Bengals fans might not be familiar with this term. Playoff games are games that get played after the regular season. Where by if you win one, you get to play another one. It’s bonus football. Football actually played after the month of December. 🙂

It’s amazing to think that there are 15 year old kids out there (my son included) who have never witnessed the Bengals in the playoffs.

Who-Dey, 9-3 and in the playoffs!

Pittsburgh? No! 9-3 is sweet, the first winning season in years, and we now own the division. That was sweet. Pittsburgh who? Nothing is better than taking back what’s ours.

They have owned us for sooo long, it was nice to take a win in the steel city. The Bengals are for real, it’s true. There I’ve said it. I’ve been on the fence, jaded for sooo long, but it’s true.

Bengals in 1ts place in AFC!

Excellent! The Steelers couldn’t handle the Colts. In fact they didn’t keep pace as well as the Bengals did IMHO.

Their D played better than the Bengals, yes. But their O, no, no match what so-ever. Next week, If the Bengals can squeak out a win, and I think they just might, it’s over for the Squealers.
